When I was young my mum bred Devon Rex and Siamese. We had heard of Ragdolls as a “floppy cat” this was in the late 70s/early 80s. There was a Peanuts cartoon, this is really where it started:
I told my wife TyLean about this and she became very interested in the idea of a Ragdoll cat. She looked around and fell in love with one cat.
She fell in love with him from those two pictures. We went to get him from Scotch Corner.
We had Mr Floof for a while on his own and he went travelling to the Scottish Islands with us.
Then we decided he was lonely and went to Norfolk to get Penelope Floof.
Pretty soon this led to trouble!
We kept Sparky and Pretty Kitty from the first litter.
